Dr. Brad Lance grew up in Oakville and is a graduate of the UMKC School of Dentistry in 2019. After moving back from Kansas City, Dr. Brad practiced for three years in private practice in St. Charles and practiced part time at the Farmington and Potosi Correctional Centers.
Dr. Brad is passionate about dentistry and providing the best care for patients of all ages. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and approaches patient care in a caring and compassionate manner. He provides a wide array of services from simple fillings to placing dental implants
On a personal note, Dr. Brad is married to his wife Casey, and they have two children, Reese and Henry. The Lance Family is enjoying this busy phase of life raising a toddler and baby.
Dr. Bumberry grew up in Maryland Heights where she attended Parkway North High School. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Missouri – Columbia majoring in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She attended dental school at UMKC School of Dentistry in Kansas City. After graduation, she was practicing in Washington, MO before joining us.
It is Dr. Bumberry’s goal is to deliver quality care to patients in a comfortable environment. She is committed to providing patients of all ages with outstanding care. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and visiting Table Rock Lake with family.

Gwen has been an office manager since 1986 and has worked at this office since January, 2006. She enjoys working with Dr. Brad and their team of dental professionals and helping their patients achieve a healthy mouth. Her responsibilities include helping patients with their treatment plans and understanding their ever-changing dental insurance. She also handles all insurance claims and any questions patients may have regarding their account. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.
My name is Kristin. I was born in Festus and have lived here my entire life. I have worked at the front desk in the dental field for 7 years. When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my 3 boys and watching reality TV.
Angela is originally from St. Charles and graduated from Missouri Southern State University in 2002. She joined the practice in 2007. She is passionate about her career as a dental hygienist and helping patients’ achieve their oral health. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and their daughters.
Chelsea graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at St. Louis Community College in 2016. She is passionate about providing patients with excellent care while developing relationships along the way. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending her time with her husband and two sons. In her free time you can catch her outside in her flower gardens.
Kendra started her dental career as a chair-side assistant before graduating with a degree in Dental Hygiene from St. Louis Community College in 2014. She takes pride in her gentle approach to treating patients of all ages, but especially enjoys helping kids feel at ease during their visits. Outside of the office, she loves spending time in nature with her husband, two kids, and their many beloved pets.
Hailey graduated from Missouri College in 2016. She has experience with specialties along with general dentistry. She is very passionate about her position at our office. She is committed to developing and maintaining relationships with the patients she cares for. Outside of the office, Hailey enjoys tending to her indoor plants, ranger rides and spending time with her husband and son.
Amanda graduated from Missouri College in 2012. She loves making our patients feel comfortable and happy. When she isn’t helping patients find their smiles, Amanda enjoys camping, hiking, side-by-side riding and shopping. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, son and goldendoodle Buddy.
Erin graduated from Ozarks Technical Community College in 2017. She has continued her education since then to acquire expanded functions permits. These permits allow Erin to perform restorative fillings, cement crowns, take final impressions, as well as other tasks under the supervision of Dr. Brad and Dr. Bumberry.
Erin gets fulfillment in her work by restoring teeth to a healthy state and easing patients anxiety during their visit.
When she is not working, Erin enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and 2 dogs.
